Your business on one App
Live, real-time with Ai
Smart, practical and affordable!
Start with one app.
Add the rest when you need them.
The apps
32 apps. One login.
Each app does one job. Together they cover the whole business, and every app that touches money writes into the same books.
37 apps
Each app is planned to get its own switch. Until then, we set up the apps your business needs, with you.
10 industries
Built for your industry
Each trade gets its own screens, words and colour, and its own built-in guides, on top of the same apps: the industry changes the menu, never the way the books work. The stamps show which are still being finished.
At the counter
The till is the books.
POS · Till runs in the browser on the tablet or computer you already have. One sale writes the sale, the stock, the VAT and the member's stamp together, all of it or none of it, and posts its journal entry in the same moment.
- A tax invoice or receipt for every sale, printed or e-mailed
- A void or a refund needs a manager's PIN, never the cashier's own
- The card machine you already have stays on the counter beside it

What makes NuAi different
Every rand ends in the same books.
Double-entry books, kept for you. Day to day, every rand enters through three doors, and each one writes its own journal entry the moment it happens: the till (cash, card or a mix of both), the invoice (a job's or a gym membership's) and the slip (a supplier's bill or receipt, photographed or typed in). The database itself refuses an entry whose two sides do not match. The VAT return comes from those entries, the year-end locks them, and your accountant reads them on their own login. Nobody types a journal for an ordinary day.
- No overnight batch: a sale is in the books, on the Dashboard and on your accountant's desk the moment it is rung up
- Nothing keyed in twice, and no second system to keep in step
- Your books are yours: they download screen by screen, as spreadsheets your accountant can open, and go with you if you ever leave
13 284 entries in our test businesses so far, not one out of balance (31 October 2026).
For your accountant
Your accountant, on their own login.
No month-end file to send. They read the same live books you write, for every client they have on NuAi.
- Read-only: they look, and never post, change or delete
- VAT periods reviewed, and statements signed in their own name
- Every download recorded where you can see it
- Nothing to replace: bring your card machine, bring your accountant. Your machine keeps taking cards, and the till records how each sale was paid

Getting paid
Every customer invoice, its own pay page.
Once EFT or PayFast is on, an invoice you print or e-mail carries a QR code. Your customer scans it, or taps Pay now in the e-mail, and the invoice's own page opens on your address: no login, no app. They pay by EFT with your bank details and the reference ready to copy, or by card or instant EFT through your own PayFast account (on PayFast's test account so far: no live card payment yet).
- Paid already? They send their proof of payment from the same page, and you see it on the invoice
- An EFT shows paid when the money reaches your bank and you match it on Banking
- Change your bank details and the invoice stops showing them until the owner confirms the new ones

Real screens
Four businesses, one system.
Every screen on this site is a real screen of NuAi, taken on our demo and test businesses; where a picture had to change (a code stamped SAMPLE, a made-up member), its caption says so. Turn the site dark and you see them at night.
In your pocket
NuAi on your phone.
Its own icon on the home screen, installed straight from the browser. There is no app store between you and your own system.
- The crew's job sheet: today first, call the site, open it in maps, write the job up, log the hours
- The crew's day started with a QR scan
- The owner's day: the till and the alerts
- A stock check, at the shelf
- No software to download or keep up to date: every sign-in opens the current version, and a fix made once reaches every business at once

Each business walled off by the database itself, books that refuse an unbalanced entry, a history that cannot be changed through the app, records held in the EU (Ireland) under a signed agreement: each fact checked and dated. How your records are kept
