Cash-up
Close each shift knowing the cash is right, and who rang what.
What it does
- Shifts for each cashier and till
- The count checked for you: a small difference is allowed and grows with the cash the shift took, and a big one lights the owner's bell until it is marked Seen
- A void needs the owner's, an admin's or a manager's PIN, never the cashier's own
- Cashier Integrity over any period: short or over at each count, voids and refunds per 100 sales, and a flag when someone is short again and again
- Cash-up history: each day's over and short by cashier or by till, the worst day, and what is banked or still in the till
- Shift (Z) reports
- Cash banked, matched in Banking
- A discount audit: today's discounts, who gave them and why
