Fynbos Family Gym is our demo gym: three months of made-up members and monthly invoices, and two months of classes and check-ins, made for the demonstration. Every screen below is the live system.

05:30: The first check-in
A member scans the club's door code with their own phone. A lapsed plan is refused with the reason on their phone, not discovered later, and the desk screen shows who came in today.

The week's classes with their trainers and times, the same timetable the club's website shows. Each class has its bookings, and what its trainer is paid.

Every plan sold raises a membership invoice, and every invoice is a line in the books. The Dashboard shows how the month is tracking, and one Profit & Loss holds the club's money.
