Strain Hunter is NuAi's built-in library — strains, effects and safety information, from the molecule up. The screens a member browses are the same ones a new hire trains on, so on-the-job training lives inside the system, not in a binder in the back office. A counter that can answer questions earns trust — and repeat visits.

How your records are held

You'd be trusting us with your members' ID documents and your club's books, so this part is specific. Your records live in the European Union (Ireland) under an executed data-processing agreement carrying EU standard contractual clauses. We act in accordance with POPIA, and our Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator — reference 2026-063674. If we don't have something, we don't claim it. If it's on the way, we say so:

Member erasure, end to end.	Built	One approval erases the member's details everywhere the system holds them — profile, membership, ID photos, scan location history, message content — and disables and anonymises their sign-in. ID images are deliberately excluded from the off-site backup, so an erasure reaches every copy. Purchase records are kept as the law requires, unlinked.
