Inside the system
The homepage tells you what NuAi replaces. This page shows how it actually works — surface by surface, in the software's own dark mode, with real screens doing the talking. Where a piece is still being finished, it says so in plain sight.
Paper to books
A supplier drops the delivery and a slip. Someone photographs it. That's the whole job: stock, cost and VAT update together, and the slip itself is filed against the entry — so months later, the numbers still have their paperwork.
The capture learned its trade the hard way: on South African petrol slips, where every forecourt brand prints differently. It finds the numbers that make a slip unique and checks them against time and date — so the same slip presented twice is caught and blocked before it posts. Reading suppliers' own catalogues — and ordering straight from them — is the road ahead.
The catalog
The Smart Catalog holds your whole range — flower, edibles, concentrates, rolling papers, the pet range and the rest — each carrying the details that matter for its kind. Add a product once, set its sizes and prices, and decide what the shop shows.
It's one catalog for the whole system: the till, the shop, the stock counts and the reports all read it — change it once and it changes everywhere.
Stock that thinks ahead
Most stock systems tell you what you have. NuAi's reordering also knows what you've drafted, what's on order, and which suppliers run late — and ranks what to reorder first, so the shelf never surprises you.
It watches your costs for drift and flags it. And when you count, variances are calculated and flagged automatically, against your own thresholds. The deeper analytics live on the same screen — movement, margins, what earns its shelf space and what ties up cash.
One source of truth
There is no separate shop system to keep in sync. The online shop for members reads the same stock your till sells from — hide an item and it leaves the shop, in the same click. Switched on when you're ready; some clubs run without one, and that's fine.
And the shop is the small half of it. Cash, card, or a mix of both on a single sale. Online orders. Wholesale invoices. EFTs. Every stream lands in the same double-entry ledger, already consolidated — not five systems and a month-end spreadsheet.
The gold QR
More than one branch
A group of clubs runs on the same system with one more screen. The network dashboard reads every branch. Stock transfers between branches keep the costing correct. Statements combine across the group. Revenue and stock intelligence read the network, not just the shop.
Member analytics across the group is in progress — it's being built privacy-first, and it's marked that way until it ships.
Ai, honestly
No mystique. Four things, on your own data:
In the pocket
Clock in, check stock, catch an alert — from any phone, anywhere in the shop. NuAi installs from the browser; there is no app store between you and your own system.
Nothing to replace
NuAi doesn't ask you to throw anything out. Your card machine keeps taking cards exactly as it does today — the till simply records each sale and how it was paid: cash, card, or a mix of both. And your accountant stays your accountant: the books export any time, in a form they can work with, and they're yours to take. Deeper integrations are in the works; they'll be named here when they're real, not before.
Come what may
South African cannabis regulation is still taking shape. Nobody can promise you compliance with rules that aren't final — anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is build the record-keeping now, so that whatever arrives, your answers already exist:
See it live
Every recording on this page comes from the running system. The quickest way to judge NuAi is to watch it run — book a WhatsApp call, or sit down with us and drive it yourself.
Every club runs differently, so every package is put together for the club — talk to us and we'll shape yours.
